Support Girl Scouts With Your Generous Contribution

GSCWM Annual Fund (Unrestricted Donations)

Gifts made annually as part of our Annual Giving Campaign (AGC) are unrestricted and used where they are needed most. Donors who make a total of $1,000 annually in gifts to the AGC are welcomed into the Trefoil Society of leadership donors, and invited to a private recognition reception with the council CEO and Board President. Family Partnership (Restricted Donations)

Girl Scout families see the benefits of Girl Scouting first-hand. All funds support either financial assistance to our girls or no to low-cost volunteer training. Many families choose to make a donation to GSCWM as part of the Family Partnership campaign. The suggested donation is $28 per year, often made when a family registers their child for Girl Scouting. Families can also make a Family Partnership gift in conjunction with service unit fundraising events. All Family Partnership gifts are credited to the service unit from which the donor hails, unless otherwise specified. Click here to make a Family Partnership Donation now (be sure to note the troop and/or service unit).

DID YOU KNOW? Many employers will match contributions made by their employees to non-profits at a rate 1-to-1. This doubles the impact of your donation. Please check with your company’s Human Resources department to see if your company will match your contribution to GSCWM.

Camperships – Supports Financial Assistance of Camp Opportunities

Camperships provide financial assistance to families who are not able to send their daughters to camp, and are offered based on documented need. An average total of $45,000 per year is requested, and unfortunately each year girls must be turned away, due to lack of resources. Click here to make a donation in support of Camperships.

Opportunity Fund for Girl Scouts – Supports Financial Assistance

The GSCWM Opportunity Fund is a new fund established to provide a variety of financial assistance opportunities including campership assistance, membership assistance, assistance for special programs, and the Girl Scout destinations travel programs. Corporate Giving

Corporate Giving can either be restricted to a particular program, capital project, property or geographic location, or gifts can be “unrestricted”, which means we will use your gift where it is most needed. For more information, please contact Melanie Bonsu.

Planned Giving

More than 70 people have included GSCWM in their estate plans to ensure that Girl Scouting is vibrant in the future. Planned Giving is an opportunity for YOU to make a personal commitment to the girls of our communities by including GSCWM in your will, trust, life insurance policy or other types of estate planning. For information about becoming a member of the Juliette Low Society, please contact Melanie Bonsu.
